  • While our bread is not certified organic, we only use Certified Sustainable Flour in our products.

  • Our pure sourdoughs are vegan, including our City White, Soy Linseed and Ciabatta Loaf. Our Brioche Loaf is definitely not vegan, it is full of real butter and free range eggs.

  • Our sourdough starter has been fermenting for the best part of 21 years but on a daily basis our fermentation process is anywhere from 18-48hrs long, depending on the bread we are making. We make our bread slowly.

  • The majority of our ingredients are from NSW - that includes our key ingredients flour, water and salt. Our eggs are free range and the olive oil we use is from SA. Some more exotic ingredients like the nuts in our Fruit and Nut sourdough are imported.

  • Our Gluten Free products are made in the same environment as products containing gluten. So while all care is taken to achieve separation and prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee it.

  • We offer our range tailored to your needs, so get in touch with our team to see how we can help cater at your next function, event, or party.

  • We are open and delivering 7 days a week including having a customer service team available 364 days of the year.

  • All orders must be placed by 2:00pm on the day before delivery. For sourdough we require orders to be placed 2 days before delivery. We take orders online via Ordermentum.

  • There is a $30 minimum order for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure and accessible delivery point. Free delivery for orders over $100, $5 delivery charge for orders over $50 and $7 on any orders less than $50.

  • You will receive invoices and statements weekly via email. Payment terms are 7 days. Payment is automatically taken via your credit card through Ordermentum with no credit card fees. Bread products are GST free. All pastry prices are listed ex-GST.
