About Us

From the 90’s

It began in the 90’s in the back streets of Darlinghurst, serving up stoneground sourdoughs and pastries to the eclectic crowd that lived there.

The first of its kind, Infinity was born from Chef Phillip Searle's struggle to find quality bread for his restaurants. He solved this problem by opening one of Sydney’s first sourdough bakeries, focused on the traditional methods of making bread.

To Now

Infinity Bakery has recharged its heritage with fresh new energy and a focus on wholesale distribution. We still aim to live up to the original ambition - delivering quality bread to cafes, restaurants and pubs.

We are artisans, and are very proud that all our products are touched by hand and made with love.

Partnerships

Infinity Bakery is dedicated to using local produce and sustainable practices and we partner with the best suppliers in the business including Wholegrain Milling for our flour, Urban Beehive for honeys from Sydney’s rooftops, Calendar Cheese for chocolate & cheese, Food & Dairy for quality milk, and Parisi for fruit & veg.

We are also a long term partner and baker for Harris Farm Markets and you will find our mini-bakeries operating in Lindfield, Randwick and Broadway, ensuring customers can easily grab freshly baked bread and pastries right across Sydney.

We are happiest when providing the community with wholesome and delicious baked goods… and it’s as simple as that.
